Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed once a consultation has been scheduled, completed, or services have been initiated.

If a scheduling conflict occurs, clients may request to reschedule their consultation with reasonable notice.

Key Stone Global Advisory LLC does not guarantee financial approvals, credit outcomes, funding decisions, or business results. Refund requests based solely on outcome expectations will not be approved.

In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, clients should contact our support team immediately for review and resolution.
